Learning Disabilities & Mental Health

Learning Disabilities: Supporting service users at home and in the community.  Support includes social indoor and outdoor activities such as bowling, snooker, cinema and theater.  Access to social inclusion is a valuable part of supporting people into the community, aiming to make family involvement and other personal and social contacts.

Mental Health :  Hants Healthcare workers provide a range of support to mental health service users - this includes supporting them within their homes and encouraging social inclusion within the community.  Care workers provide service calls from one hour up to 24-hour shifts within the home. The ultimate aim is to rehabilitate the service user back into the community by building up their confidence and helping them to gain independence
